Terms of Service

qrserra provides QR code generation and related account, dashboard, dynamic QR, analytics, branding, and export tools. Some features are available for free, and some may require a paid plan, usage credits, or account verification.

You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm qrserra, other users, scanners, service providers, or the public.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that happens through it. If you use third-party authentication, that provider may also apply its own terms.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse free or paid limits, or cause operational or legal problems.

You are responsible for all QR code content, destinations, labels, logos, media, campaigns, redirects, and metadata you create or upload.

You may not use qrserra to distribute malware, phishing pages, scams, spam, deceptive links, illegal content, harassment, impersonation, copyright-infringing material, or content that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Free features are provided so users can complete basic QR generation. Pro, business, team, API, dynamic QR, analytics, high-resolution export, custom domain, bulk generation, branding, or other premium features may require an upgrade.

Feature availability, plan names, usage limits, credits, and pricing are controlled by the product configuration shown in the app and may change over time. We will not intentionally advertise a paid feature as included if the app does not support it.

When paid plans, credits, or checkout flows are enabled, billing is processed through the active payment provider or payment workflow shown at checkout. You agree to pay the displayed charges and any applicable taxes or fees.

Credits, plan changes, payment confirmations, refunds, and account adjustments must be recorded through the app's billing or credit ledger systems. Manual changes may require admin review and audit records.

Refund availability may depend on the product purchased, usage, payment provider rules, chargeback status, fraud checks, and applicable law.

We aim to keep qrserra reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, abuse mitigation, security incidents, or deployment changes may affect availability.

We may change, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, product direction, or business reasons.

qrserra owns the service, interface, software, branding, and documentation unless otherwise stated. You retain responsibility for the content, links, logos, and materials you provide.

You must have the rights needed to upload or use any logo, image, destination, campaign content, or brand asset inside your QR codes.

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, qrserra disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We are not responsible for the content or behavior of third-party websites, scanners, payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, or destinations linked through QR codes.
